Mind Belief has developed several wellbeing workshops suitable for retreats, workplace wellbeing programs, and training institutions. Our workshops are designed to present up-to-date clinical research about wellbeing and applied psychological strategies.
In our workshops, we offer a combination of presentation, discussion and practical exercises to facilitate real learning and ensure that participants useful acquire skills during the workshop. We are open to developing customized workshops tailored to the specific needs of your team or organization.
Increasing self-awareness or insight and acquiring practical skills to foster wellbeing are the two outcomes we always aim for in our workshops. The participants will leave the workshop confident that they have learned something valuable and can apply the strategies we’ve discussed because they will have explored them with us and had a chance to address problem areas. They will leave the workshop with a new perspective on themselves, their relationships, and how to manage things better and be resilient in their busy lives.
