Yes, it's important to follow certain etiquette when you are taking a session from a mental health professional. These are but not limited to:

  • Be on time for your appointment.
  • Please do not be rude towards the one who conducts your session. E.g. foul language or shouting will not be tolerated
  • Please refrain from using your phone for any purpose other than an emergency.
  • Please be cordial towards the session conductor.

In case you are not 100% satisfied with the session and want a refund, we will refund your money in full. You need to raise the refund request within 24 hours of taking the session.
