The Indian legal landscape has changed significantly since 2013, when the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act (commonly called POSH or The Act) became a law. POSH was India's first piece of legislation that specifically dealt with workplace sexual harassment of women.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at The Workplace (Prevent, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 places responsibility on the employer to prevent and address the issues of harassment through internal education and action. Managers have certain responsibilities in this regard. Mind Belief provides face to face workshops to create awareness around the subject of sexual harassment at the workplace and also comprehensively discuss the nuances around harassment at work so that managers understand their roles and responsibilities in this area
“Safe Environment” Workshop for ICC Members – Prevent & Recognize Harassment at work
This workshop is aimed at training ICC (Indian Complaints Committee) members to conduct formal investigation, help them with interviewing tips, legal requirements to accept a case, drawing conclusions, assessing credibility and deciding on corrective action. This workshop also covers other closing procedures, timelines to be followed, penalties for contravention of provisions, and tips to write a report.
“Safe Environment” E-learning module – Prevent & Recognize Sexual Harassment at Work for All Employees
This is a research-based compliance solution handbook that has been designed specifically to help organizations comply with the mandated education as required by The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. This 60-minute self-paced module helps the learner understand their role in creating a safe and respectful workplace. With the help of real-life case examples, the learner is guided through the subject from recognizing sexual harassment to preventing and reporting incidents appropriately.
“Safe Environment” Train the Trainer workshop:
This process will enable trainers to conduct awareness workshops with employees across the company. The participants will be coached specifically on handling queries and grey areas in cases that may be points of concern. They will also identify and discuss real-life examples they have witnessed.
With Due Respect
A safe, respectful, and enabling workplace is a non-negotiable aspect of an inclusive workplace. This workshop, which touches upon some of the basics of respect at the workplace, will go on further to explore the existing barriers to respect, and hence true inclusion; while reiterating the roles and responsibilities of employees and managers in ensuring a respectful workplace.
